Zento speed lane turnstile adopts an integrated anti-collision speed lane turnstile gate movement, a German brand brushed motor, and 6 pairs of infrared. Zento speed lane turnstile can automatically reset after being forcibly pushed or bumped open, and has an infrared anti-pinch function to protect the movement while avoiding manual recovery.

 

The main body of Zento speed lane turnstile is 1.5 SUS304 solar panel snowflake sand stainless steel, and the chassis size is 1200*120*980mm.

 

The top cover is acrylic + sheet metal + door panel 8mm explosion-proof tempered glass.

 

The RGB three-color colorful light bar decoration makes the gate machine dazzling.

 

There is an LED prompt light on the cover of the box. When a valid card is swiped, a green arrow will indicate the direction of passage; if an illegal card is swiped, a red cross LED light will be prompted.

1. Anti-tailgating function: There are infrared light strip detection areas in the channel. The switch status can be adjusted by software according to the customer's accuracy requirements to meet different needs. The application of light strips avoids the disadvantage that point-type infrared detectors are easily contaminated and affect the reliability of judgment. It can effectively judge the tailgating person who has not read the card. When the system determines that tailgating occurs, the system will respond according to the location of the valid cardholder returned by the infrared detector. After the door opening signal is issued, there are still some abnormal uses that will trigger the alarm.

 

2. Abnormal use: (1) Reverse intrusion when the door is closed. A pedestrian walks into the door body after the authorized door opening signal is issued. Before passing through the first safety photoelectric detection belt, if the reverse detection belt detects someone entering, as long as the person does not leave, the buzzer will continue to sound an alarm and the door will remain closed. The "time-limit" function does not count the time interval at this time. (2) Reverse intrusion when the door is open. After the door wing is opened, if an unauthorized pedestrian enters the door body detection area in the opposite direction, the door will be closed immediately. As long as the first protection detection belt detects the presence of someone, the "time-limit" function will not count the time at this time. When the person leaves the second detection area, the door resumes normal operation. (3) When a pedestrian leaves, he enters the second safety detection zone in the opposite direction. Before the door returns to the basic state, the second safety detection zone detects someone entering again without a legitimate door opening signal, and the alarm system sounds an alarm. However, as long as the protection detection zone still detects someone, the door will not close. (4) Close following: From the time the first detector detects the pedestrian to the time he leaves the last detector of the first safety detection zone, the time interval is about 0.25 seconds. After the pedestrian leaves the first safety detection zone, the first detection zone detects a pedestrian (the follower) again without the card reader signaling to open the door. The alarm sounds for a long time, but the door remains open. (5) After the normal following pedestrian leaves the protection detection zone, the first safety detection zone detects an unauthorized person breaking in, the door closes immediately, and the alarm sounds for a long time.

Response of the door body in emergency: If there is a sudden power outage during operation, the door wing will stop at the original position and can be pushed freely or connected to an external 12V battery (when the power is off, the battery will be powered briefly to open the swing door). According to the requirements, each device can be installed with an emergency button, and the selected emergency response mode can be activated by pressing the button. Generally, the channel is opened in danger or panic. In emergency situations such as police, the channel can be manually closed by remote control buttons. After power on or after the emergency is resolved, the door wing will automatically reset after self-checking and no obstacles.
