Unlike waist-high or optical turnstiles, a full-height turnstile provides a high level of security and is often used in situations where perimeter security is a top priority.

Key Features

Floor-to-Ceiling Barrier: The defining characteristic is its tall, enclosed structure. The rotating "arms" or "rods" of the turnstile extend from the floor to a height that is well above a person's head (typically 1.8 to 2.2 meters). This design eliminates the possibility of jumping over the barrier.
