Solution:

Analysis of the reasons: 1) The drop bar is too high. After the gate is powered on, manually lift the brake bar.
The lock of the brake bar will push the bottom of the drop bar bracket up, but it cannot be pushed to the position where the electromagnet can be attracted. The rod cannot be buckled; 2) There is a deviation between the brake rod and the pressure block, and the pressure block cannot be buckled into the brake rod head.
Solution: Turn on the gate and manually press the bottom of the drop rod bracket upward to make the electromagnet attract the iron block, then loosen the four screws that fix the drop rod bracket, and adjust the drop rod bracket slightly downward to a suitable position; 2 ) If there is a deviation between the brake rod and the pressure block, the three brake rods should be replaced with the installation position.
Power off without falling
Analysis of the reason: The drop rod bracket is too high, so that after the electromagnet is desorbed, its bottom still cannot press the brake rod lock head to make it fall.
Solution: first manually press the bottom of the drop rod bracket upward to make the electromagnet attract the iron block, then loosen the four screws that fix the drop rod bracket, and press it down (usually, it can be attached to the lock head at the brake rod). ), and finally tighten the screws and test the power off.
